About Our ClientMy client is a reputable general contractor based out of the Greater St. Louis area. They are known for their reliability and high quality work. The markets they focus on include industrial, building, and life science. They have been in business for 80 years and because of their excellent bonuses and culture, there has been great employee tenure. Their projects typically range from $500k to $8M, with some projects worth up to $25M. They are looking to add experienced talent to their project management team here in St. Louis.
Job Description
  • Plans and coordinates project activities inline company polices and procedures
  • Creates and reviews project schedules
  • Direct the support staff and coordinate with field crews and superintendents to ensure project delivery
  • Communicates effectively, establishes and fosters relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
  • Assist the Project Manager through all aspects of the construction process
  • Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site

  • At least 3 years of experience with a general contractor
  • Experience in ground up industrial and/or commercial office space
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Organized and communicative
  • Procore software
  • Collaborative, hardworker
