Job Description
  • Manage the technical aspects of the project; serve as a liaison between the project manager and subcontractors/vendors.
  • Identifies and documents changes in scope.
  • Ensures client criteria and scope are met by all engineering disciplines.
  • Assists in determining the scope of procurement and buy-outs and monitors progress.
  • Provides Superintendent's with immediate project assistance to ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted properly
  • Procure, track and follow up on all critical and long lead material and equipment items.
  • Manage, analyze and review the project specifications to ensure compliance with the contract documents in order to complete the submittal process.

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related area of study
  • 0-2 years of construction experience working on commercial, light industrial or healthcare projects
  • Motivated to learn and advance at a fast pace
  • Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
