Job Description
- planning, scheduling and coordinating construction activities to meet deadlines
- preparing and submitting budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports
- working closely with the client and other stakeholders
- negotiating and preparing contracts
- mentoring and training more junior employees
- overseeing multiple projects at a time up to $20M
- at least 2 years of experience in project management with a General Contractor - required
- federal government construction experience up to $20M
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Top Secret Clearance (preferred)
- Competitive Salary up to 100,000
