Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities of an Assistant Project Manager include:
Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals
Assign duties to staff to implement project goals, as needed
Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable
Liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy
Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
Coordinate with project managers and other project leads following project execution

3 years of experience in Construction Project Management
Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management preferred
Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.
Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
What's on Offer
A competitive base salary between $70,000-$90,000 (Depending on Experience)
Competitive bonus structure, project/profit based. Typically between $8,000-$15,000 in the first year)
