About Our ClientMy client is a leading construction firm specializing in high quality Commercial, Academic, Life Sciences, and Industrial projects throughout Vermont and New Hampshire. They have a full backlog of projects throughout the region and are looking for an experienced Business Development Professional to join their team and grow their business.
Job DescriptionThe Business Development Professional will be responsible for:
  • Traveling between Vermont and New Hampshire offices and clients in these states
  • Market & Research Analysis
  • Client Relationship Building
  • Lead Generation
  • Lead conversion
  • Networking & Industry Events
  • Client satisfaction

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or other related field
  • 5 years of Business Development Professional experience
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent analytic and mathematical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret construction documents and blueprints
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and subcontractors
  • Strong organizational skills
