Job DescriptionThe Superintendent Responsibilities Include:
  • Planning and Executing
    • Thorough understanding of contract documents including plans and specification
    • Prepare and maintain two-week look ahead, four-week forecast for assigned projects.
    • Make sure Project has necessary tools, materials and equipment.
    • Prepare detailed daily schedule for the following day to the project manager and operations.
    • Manage foreman and subcontractors.
    • Organize and Schedule Deliveries.
    • Be familiar with all Submittals/Shop Drawings for Job.
    • Attend any and all project meetings at home office and job site as required.
Safety
  • Enforce Company and Client Safety protocols.
  • Conduct Tool Box Talks and Safety Meetings.
  • Coordinate mark-outs with Safety Department.
  • Be familiar with all Job Safety Requirements - HASP/Accident Reports.

The Successful ApplicantThe Superintendent should have:
  • 10 years as a Superintendent.
  • OSHA certification (preferred)
  • Software Knowledge: HCSS, Trimble Systems, Procore.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Extensive Experience in Earth-Moving / Site Development.
