Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and overall project timeline.
- Manage on-site construction activities, including organizing and scheduling subcontractors, monitoring progress, and resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety practices, and adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, job logs, and as-built drawings.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment on-site, promoting teamwork and a commitment to excellence.
- Ensure that all project closeout requirements are met, including final inspections, punch lists, and turnover to owners or property management teams.
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
- Must have at least 2-3 tech or data center project that has been completed successfully
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with expertise in multifamily residential construction.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
- Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards applicable to construction projects in Seattle.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools, such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project.
