About Our ClientOur client at Michael Page, is a team oriented general contractor that operates in the Pacific Coast. This general contractor has been in business for over 40 years, they build a variety of projects throughout the coast. They are known for their health care sector, but have experience doing high education, retail, hospitality, tower, and office spaces. As their pipeline is growing they need more people to join their team, especially in their main sector of work health care. Job Description
Oversee all aspects of projects from pre-construction to completion.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are achieved.
Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and overall project timeline.
Manage on-site construction activities, including organizing and scheduling subcontractors, monitoring progress, and resolving issues as they arise.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety practices, and adherence to project plans and specifications.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, job logs, and as-built drawings.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment on-site, promoting teamwork and a commitment to excellence.
Ensure that all project closeout requirements are met, including final inspections, punch lists, and turnover to owners or property management teams.

Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
Must have at least 2-3 tech or data center project that has been completed successfully
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with expertise in multifamily residential construction.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards applicable to construction projects in Seattle.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools, such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project.
