All field operations - ensuring workload, scheduling, workforce labor, materials, and other items are up to speed for the projects
Meeting with clients during multiple phases of the project - proposals, kick off, updates, closing, and new business opportunities
Traveling to job sites to check in on status
Creating, implementing, and ensuring safety protocols are followed on site
Analyze current internal processes to see if there are more efficient routes of scheduling, budgeting, or workforce distributing
Assisting in hiring processes

15 years of experience with a general contractor or developer
Commercial construction background is preferred
Ground up experience is required
Currently in a director or equivalent
The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
Strong track record with client relationships
Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical
Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.

Base salary of $140,000 - $170,000, depending on experience
