Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of Class A office construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with construction standards.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.
- Identify and proactively address potential issues, keeping projects on track.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Implement and enforce strict safety and quality control protocols.
- Commercial interior construction experience required
- Class A, Class B, or healthcare interior experience required
- Proven track record of successfully completing high-quality office construction projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
