About Our ClientGeneral Contractor, based in ME and MA, specializing in Grocery store & Warehouse (gut renovations) throughout New England - is looking for a PM to join their team in Leominster!
Recession proof business model, with no employee layoffs even during COVID-19.
Continuously fine tuning their business and growing aggressively revenue wise.
Offer extensive training for employees, as well as quarterly development check-ins.
They have $8M coming down the pipe and are continuing to build out their office in MA and establish an office in ME and NY. They are in their hype growth phase.

  • Leading and managing Grocery store remodel construction projects from start through completion
  • Understanding and implementing construction principles, techniques and procedures
  • Read architectural/engineering plans and specifications
  • Reviewing Owner contract and becoming familiar with terms & conditions
  • Attending weekly project meetings as needed
  • Reviewing subcontractor change requests
  • Completing quantity take-offs as required
  • etc.

  • 3 years of relevant Project Manager experience working with a Commercial GC
  • MEP background is a plus
  • Experience working as a PM on restaurant & retail fit outs that have refrigeration cooling food storage etc.
  • Grocery Store project experience
  • Proficiency in Procore
  • Construction related Bachelors Degree
