About Our ClientOur client is a top General Contractor in the Milwaukee area. The company specializes in luxury commercial renovations in downtown Milwaukee. The firm is committed to promoting collaboration in the office and have tenure that are very team oriented. They promote an employee first mindset, which manifests in 40 hour work weeks, 100% health-care coverage. They are excited to add a new team member to help manage their upcoming projects.

Job Description
  • Manage construction projects
  • Assure all projects are built to drawings and specification
  • Assure all materials orders are executed
  • Maintaining schedule and meet deadlines
  • Work alongside and communicate with sub contractors to move projects forward
  • Maintain and organize field documents (Drawings, specifications, etc.)
  • Participate in company training sessions
  • Assure site superintendents maintain clean and safe sites

  • 4 years of construction experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a construction related area of study
  • Experience working on $5M projects
  • Motivation to lead and learn
  • Polished communication skills
  • Strong anaylitical thinking skills
