Job DescriptionThe Project Manager is responsible for:
Working with the PX, directly reporting to VP of Construction
On-site daily at the Marshfield project location - 2 year time line
Overseeing & managing large scale Multifamily construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Coordinating & collaborating with necessary project parities
Leading site personnel, providing guidance to ensure the highest levels of safety, productivity, and performance
Developing relationships with clients, and maintaining open lines of communication
Managing project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily logs, and progress reports
Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and value engineering to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction

4 years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial General Contractor
Experience as a PM on large scale Multifamily projects around $100M
Procore, Building Connected, MS Suite
Motivation to grow/expand their career
Strong understanding of construction technology and details - must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
