- Project Manager with one of the most well know construction companies in STL|Great benefits, lucrative bonuses, and strong project pipeline
Job Description
- Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
- Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals
- Creates and reviews project schedules
- Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout
- Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
- Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion
- Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
- Travel a few days per month
- At least 3 years of experience with a general contractor
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction related field required
- Experience in ground up industrial, manufacturing, food & beverage
- Organized and communicative
- Experience in design/build
- Estimating experience is a huge plus
- Base Salary of $120,000-$150,000 based on experience
