Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues.
- Proactively identify and resolve project-related problems, implementing innovative solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and other relevant paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the construction process.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the residential or commercial construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 - $125,000 depending on applicant experience
