Job Description
Responsible for leading and managing subcontractors
Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from groundbreaking to completion
Safety program administration and oversight
Interact directly with project managers as required including attending meetings with owners and partners
Perform & provide structural calculations

5 years of construction management experience. Design-Build familiarity preferred.
OSHA site safety experience
Familiarity with Procore project management software preferred
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within a 50 miles radius of Madison, WI
Proven construction technical knowledge on-site with an understanding of each facet of a job (i.e. concrete, masonry, metals, wood & plastics, moisture proofing, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishing, conveying systems, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communication, security, earthwork, exteriors improvements, utilities, transportation, waterway & marine construction, wastewater, demolition, etc.)
Preferred:
OSHA 10 & 30 Certification
Aerial Lift Certification
Forklift Certification
