- Design-Build GC
- Self-perform multiple trades

- Project Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to plans and timelines.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and conduct site inspections.
- Team Management:
- Supervise construction crew, assign tasks, and ensure safety on site.
- Communication:
- Act as main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues.
- Quality Control:
- Maintain construction quality standards and oversee inspections and testing.
- Schedule Management:
- Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating deliveries and logistics.
- Budget Oversight:
- Monitor project costs, control expenditures, and review contractor invoices.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and obtain necessary permits.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in managing commercial construction projects within budget and schedule.
- Effective Leadership: Strong leadership skills in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative, safety-focused environment.
- Clear Communication: Excellent communicator with stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and ensuring project updates are clear and consistent.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying and resolving challenges to maintain project momentum and quality.
- Organizational Ability: Exceptional at managing schedules, resources, and tasks to meet project objectives.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in overseeing construction quality, inspections, and compliance with regulations.
- Self-perform experience
- Construction related degree a plus!
