Leading and supervising a team of skilled tradespeople, subcontractors, and laborers during the 3rd shift
Enforcing and maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to ensure the safety of all team members and store personnel
Ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with project plans and specifications
Developing and maintaining a detailed project schedule for the night shift, including daily tasks, milestones, and deadlines
Maintaining open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including the project manager, store management, and subcontractors
Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during the renovation process, finding practical solutions to keep the project on track
Monitoring project costs, tracking expenses, and working with the project manager to control expenditures within the established budget
Keeping accurate records of project progress, daily reports, and any changes or deviations from the original plan
Collaborating with store management to ensure minimal disruption to store operations and customer experience during the renovation

Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule
Proven experience as a Superintendent for commercial or Supermarket interior renovation projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
OSHA certification and knowledge of safety regulations
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
