Job DescriptionJob Description for the Construction Estimator
  • Review plans and specifications to define proposal requirements
  • Attend jobsite visits to determine project requirements
  • Prepare solicitation of subcontractors and suppliers for bid proposals
  • Prepare quantity takeoffs
  • Receive and review subcontractor and supplier proposals
  • Prepare and share detailed estimates with the team. Revise as necessary
  • Work directly with clients to define project requirements

  • Experience in architecture or commercial construction

  • Construction management degree or similar
This is a Colorado Springs based opportunity.
