About Our ClientI'm partnered with the CFO at a rapidly growing, global, multi-million dollar, manufacturer near Aurora, IL (hybrid schedule). The company has a global reach to Germany and is experiencing immense growth right now. They are seeking a Financial Analyst to join team, reporting directly into the Head of Finance. As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the management team. Also, you will develop financial models, assist in the budget process, drive process improvements, and more. In addition, the company is going through an ERP implementation that you will gain tons of exposure to. Job DescriptionFinancial Analyst Responsibilities:
Provide financial analysis to management by analyzing cost spending, budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditures, and other requested projects
Analyze data to explain trends and variances from budget and forecast
Cash flow projections and operating forecasts
Work with the accounting staff and prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheet, cash flow, and income statement analysis
Identify areas of improvement in company wide processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting reports for management review
Other special projects

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
3 years of finance experience
Manufacturing experience a plus
Strong verbal and written communication
Understanding and application of accounting principles/practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
