About Our ClientLuxury Custom Home Builder, based in Avon MA, is looking for a Home Care Technician to join their growing team! They specialize in High-end Custom Home projects, mainly in the Metro West area: Wellesley, Chestnut Hill, Needham, etc. & Full Gut Brown Stone Renovations in Boston.
Projects typically range from $2M-$6M, up to $10M
Plans to continue this level of high-end work with a pipeline of projects through 2024, heading towards sustainable growth! Motivated team, a lot of drive, passion, and collaboration. Job DescriptionThe Home Care Technician is responsible for:
  • Ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed promptly & to the highest standard of quality
  • Effectively communicating with clients
  • Addressing client needs promptly and professionally
  • Maintaining complete and accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and updates preformed
  • Handyman tasks
  • Supply management
  • Trade coordination

  • 3 years of residential construction or renovation experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
