Job DescriptionThe key resonsibilities for this role include the following:
- Global Infrastructure: Manage and deliver global IT infrastructure services.
- Support: Collaborate with the IT team and vendors for global IT service support and maintenance.
- Teamwork: Work with five Support Engineers and handle escalations for US desktop issues.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical problems and provide solution
Some mandatory requirements for this role will include hands on experience with the following:
- Azure, Office 365, exchange online experinece
- Cisco/Palo Alto experience
- Vmware experience
- VPN Solutions
- Expertise in Microsoft Server(2016-2022)
- ServiceNow experience
- Network troubleshooting & End User Computing experience
- Software deployment using SCCM/Intune
