Focus on manufacturing with an emphasis on quality
Collaborate with NADCAP Certified Finishing Facility
Manage multiple projects during product development, launch, and manufacturing
Ensure products meet customer and regulatory quality standards
Address customer and supplier issues, initiating corrective actions for process improvement
Enhance quality by detecting, analyzing, and correcting nonconformance
Support, maintain, and sustain QMS
Audit processes and products
Conduct first piece inspection activities
Support incoming inspection and communicate with suppliers about issues
Collaborate with engineers on quality assurance for new products and procedures
Develop and update PFMEAs and Control Plans as needed
Resolve customer quality issues
Investigate nonconformance reports and coordinate corrective/preventive actions
Perform internal audits and mentor process owners
Participate in safety, quality, or cost-improvement teams
Collect, analyze, and report quality data
Perform other duties to advance quality systems and operations
Schedule:
4 10-hour days and shorter days on Friday ~45 hour weeks (no weekend expectation but advise it is over a 40 hour work week for all employees)

Team player with strong problem-solving skills
Effective communication abilities
Proficient in MS Office Suite and strong computer skills
Knowledgeable in print and specification interpretation
BS in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
2 years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing
Hands-on experience with various gauges and tools
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and navigate stairs
Ideally familiar with AS9100 standards
