About Our Client

Our client, a prominent leader in drywall and masonry services headquartered in Loudoun County VA, is actively seeking a skilled Drywall Estimator to join their expanding team.

Ideal candidates will showcase expertise in precise drywall estimating, adept use of onscreen takeoff software, and a successful history managing large-scale projects, including prestigious university contracts.

Job Description

• Spearhead precise drywall estimates across diverse large-scale projects, leveraging advanced onscreen takeoff software for meticulous quantity assessments.
• Engage closely with project stakeholders including managers, architects, and engineers to deliver accurate and comprehensive estimates, ensuring project success.
• Analyze intricate project blueprints, specifications, and documents to craft thorough and competitive estimates, staying ahead with industry trends and cost-effective construction methodologies.
• Drive innovation by contributing to the evolution and upkeep of cutting-edge estimating procedures and standards, supporting continuous improvement and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in drywall estimating.
• Experience with large-scale projects, particularly universities, is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
