Provide strategic leadership and direction for the entire plant operation, overseeing all aspects of production, quality, safety, maintenance, and personnel management.
Develop and implement production plans, budgets, and strategies to meet operational targets, including production volumes, cost control, and quality standards.
Lead and mentor a diverse team of production leads, operators, and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety.
Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and industry standards.
Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall plant performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations and timely production schedules.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, and proactively address any production-related issues or concerns.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing regular updates on plant performance, risks, and opportunities.

5 Years supervising experience
Familiarity with Injection Molding and the related manufacturing process
Knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma Practices
Ability to effectively communicate deliverables and outcomes
Degree in an Engineering Discipline

Base Salary of $70,000 to $82,000
