Job DescriptionReporting directly into the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and analyzing mechanical systems, machinery and equipment using CAD software and other tools.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Electrical Engineers, Designers, and Technicians to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
- Performing engineering calculations, simulations, and analysis to validate design concepts and optimize performance.
- Developing and testing prototypes to evaluate design concepts and ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards.
- Providing technical support during the manufacturing, installation, and commissioning phases of projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment, with a focus on large machinery or equipment.
- CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other engineering tools for design and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and other simulation tools is desirable.
