Please apply within 48 hours for immediate consideration. Job DescriptionAs the MEP Estimator you will:
  • Reporting directly to the Director of Estimating
  • Working hand-in-hand with the Project Management team
  • Generating conceptual, schematic, lump sum, GMP, design development, and other types of estimates
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with repeat/potential clients
  • Attend meetings and contribute to presentations

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or related field preferred
  • 5 years of experience as an MEP Estimator
  • Healthcare or federal project experience is a plus
  • Commercial project background required
  • Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects
  • Must be proficient in Procore
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
