They advocate for a strong tech stack and are progressive with software and other tools to help you do your job more effectively. They have a very strong pipeline with multiple projects breaking ground in Denver and a solid leadership team. They are eager to add a Superintendent to the team!
Job DescriptionThe Multifamily Superintendent can expect the following duties:
  • Site Superintendent will be responsible for following the program created by the lead superintendent to ensure timely delivery of materials to meet the project time lines and requirements.
  • Weekly Subcontractor meetings to be conducted by the Lead Superintendent to include, but not limited to a look ahead schedule review, safety, SWPPP, quality control, RFI's, submittals, coordination items, toolbox topics, etc.
  • Site Superintendent will be responsible for assisting in planning prior to going vertical. Plan review to include, but not limited to; Fair Housing Compliance, Code Compliance, Construct-ability, Long Lead Items, Turn Sequence (Including Jurisdictional requirements), Egress, Dimensional Conflicts, Quality Control, Potential MEP conflicts, Etc.

  • 5 years of experience as a Superintendent
  • 3-5 years experience on multifamily projects
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in construction or related field is preferred.
  • Must be PC proficient. (Procore or Bluebeam knowledge preferred)
