Supporting daily operations of the HTX Corporate office
Conducts daily walks of the office to identify any facilities issues (i.e., lights out, water leaks, stains, broken or worn furniture and finishes, etc.)
Complete special projects given to by manager
Assists with entering and resolving facilities-related requests and issues as they arise
Coordinates service for office equipment, appliances, and furniture
Assists with all office seating moves
Manages and organizes Office Service Equipment
Codes and processes invoice

The Successful Applicant Our ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree
Excel/Microsoft Office experience
Polished, professional appearance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbally and in writing.
