- Based in Boston
- 15 years in business
- One of Boston's leading real estate development, project management and advisory firms
- Markets include: healthcare, corporate, multifamily and more
- Completed $10B worth of work
- Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
- Oversee project operations - coordinating workload, schedules, budgeting, and more
- Lead potential business development meetings and proposals
- Travel is minimal, mostly revolving around client meetings or job site visits every so often
- Meet with C-level and board executives to review office standings and future needs
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or related field preferred
- 10 years of construction experience
- 5 years of Project Management experience (AEC background)
- Experience managing healthcare projects required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem solving abilities
