Job Description
- Work closely with the project manager to learn and grow
- Handle RFI's, submittals, change orders, and more
- Work on local St. Louis area projects
- Have an ambitious, self motivated attitude
- Maintain the Job Cost Report, ledgers, and budget.
- Ensure that all required resources are assigned to the project and clearly tasked with the appropriate tasks, deliverable and project related activities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the project team, project leadership, and client.
- Identify and manage key project-related issues and risks in collaboration with the assigned owner(s); Quickly and efficiently devise a solutions plan to keep project schedule on the forefront.
- 1-2 years of construction experience
- Construction management or engineering related degree
- Communicate well w/ clients
- Open to seeing candidates with internship experience
- Detailed knowledge of the construction process, budgeting, accounting and procurement in order to manage a construction project required
- Computer skills with MS Office suite, MS Project, Bluebeam, and project management software.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Strong worth ethic - Willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
- Work collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to independently manage deadlines and support staff.
