Work closely with the project manager to learn and grow
Handle RFI's, submittals, change orders, and more
Work on local St. Louis area projects
Have an ambitious, self motivated attitude
Maintain the Job Cost Report, ledgers, and budget.
Ensure that all required resources are assigned to the project and clearly tasked with the appropriate tasks, deliverable and project related activities.
Serve as the primary liaison between the project team, project leadership, and client.
Identify and manage key project-related issues and risks in collaboration with the assigned owner(s); Quickly and efficiently devise a solutions plan to keep project schedule on the forefront.

1-2 years of construction experience
Construction management or engineering related degree
Communicate well w/ clients
Open to seeing candidates with internship experience
Detailed knowledge of the construction process, budgeting, accounting and procurement in order to manage a construction project required
Computer skills with MS Office suite, MS Project, Bluebeam, and project management software.
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Strong worth ethic - Willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
Work collaboratively with a team.
Ability to independently manage deadlines and support staff.
