Job Description
- Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
- Oversee project operations - coordinating workload, schedules, budgeting, and more
- Lead potential business development meetings and proposals
- Establish office culture - lead from the front
- Overseeing subcontractors & assigned scopes of the project
- Plans and coordinates project activities inline company polices and procedures
- Travel: 2-3 days every other week
- Civil Engineering or Construction Management Degree
- 10-15 years of experience - at least 5-7 as a lead PM
- Must have large project experience-minimum $30M - $50M
- Strong technical and computer skills in industry-related programs preferred
- must have a willingness to learn

- Base Salary up to $175K
