My client specializes in a wide range of commercial construction projects, including commercial office spaces, retail establishments, restaurants, multifamily residences, religious institutions, and more. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to quality, my client delivers projects that far exceed their clients' expectations.
Job Description
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
This role is not just about managing projects; it is about stepping into a leadership position. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to take over the company in the next 3-5 years as the current owner plans to retire.   • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering commercial construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in a mix of new construction, fit-out, and renovation projects is ideal but not required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and eager to contribute to the company's growth.
