Job Description
- Deliver projects in a timely manner
- Keep projects on budget
- Foster strong relationship with all levels of the project team
- Great written and verbal skills
- Build relationships
- 10 years of construction industry experience
- Mastery in scoping out bids and drafting and executing subcontracts
- Can the independently execute a monthly job cost forecast and ensure accuracy
- Execute and accurate and updated monthly job schedule
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, (or similar)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of diverse employees
- The compensation package includes a salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, contingent on experience
- Benefits consist of a 401k with a 4% match
- Fully paid healthcare for the employee
- Bonus earning potential
- Car allowance and phone allowance
