Job Description
- Take initiative on all projects from conception to completion
- Work closely with owners and contractors
- Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks
- Establish project budgets and manage costs
- Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design team
- Ensures all risk management controls are implemented
- Great written and verbal skills
- Build relationships
- Almost no travel whatsoever
- Long-term flexibility
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Construction related degree highly preferred
- 10-15 years of GC experience
- Preconstructino and/or construction background
- Public work experience
- Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
- Prior experience leading construction projects from start to finish
- Estimating experience is a plus
- Easy going and family oriented
- Collaborative
- Base salary $90,000 - $120,000 based on experience
- Bonus earning potential based on project/company performance
