- Their projects consist of Higher Education/Institutional, Lab/Lifescience, and Healthcare

- They have a strong base of repeat clients, demonstrating their quality and reliability.
- Develop comprehensive project plans.
- Lead and manage project teams.
- Efficiently allocate and monitor resources.
- Ensure high-quality construction work.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor and adhere to project schedules.
- Administer contracts and manage costs.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance.
- Solve project-related challenges.
- Encourage continuous improvement.
- 5-10 years in mechanical contracting experience
- Preferably experience in Higher Education/Institutional, Lab/Lifescience, and Healthcare sectors.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore
- Base salary up to $130K (Can flex higher for the right candidate)
