Primarily operates in the in the Multifamily, Tax Credit Work, Senior Living, Assisted Living construction spaces with a strong focus in Affordable Housing. The firm is looking to continue to expand as they have a backlog of work extending into 2025 and are looking for Project Mangers to come in and take projects from beginning to end. Job Description
Consulting owner on project feasibility and delivery methods
Leading weekly owner meetings with all stakeholders
Assisting preconstruction efforts with Precon team Assist in project buyout
Work closely with subcontractors/designers/engineers/inspectors/city officials
Manage project budgets and schedules
Lead project teams
Travel as needed to construction site (MAXIMUM A FEW DAYS A MONTH)
Participate in project closeout

5-10 years of Construction Project Management experience
Ideally prior experience in multifamily renovation and ground up construction
Proven experience managing cradle-to-grave construction process
Estimating experience a plus
Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
potential to grow into leadership roles
Strong presentation and communication
Go-getter and entrepreneurial attitude
