Assist in preconstruction phases of projects, such as participating in design meetings, preparing cost estimates and project schedules, and developing contract documents
Work in collaboration with field staff to ensure projects are successful
Plan and execute contract and buyout phases of projects
Monitor materials test reports, schedule third party inspectors
Maintain quality control
Coordinate material delivery and placement of materials
Enforce safety regulations in accordance with company policies
Responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling construction schedules, material status log, and associated costs to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Manage the monthly project owner invoicing process
Lead project closeout process with completing job close out check list
Promote and ensure proper team communication both internally and externally
Develop & maintain strong relationships with internal team, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
/- 5-10 years of industry experience
Demonstrated history of overseeing large-scale multi-family new construction projects from start to completion. Project values can range from $50M - $200M
Wood-frame experience preferred
Builder-Developer or General Contracting background
Ideally 2 years of supervising a team and project
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore preferred
