Develop and create new flavors and flavor systems for a variety of food products, including beverages, snacks, dairy, and confectionery.
Conduct sensory evaluations and flavor testing to ensure product quality and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and quality assurance, to bring new products to market.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new ingredients, and technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals and specifications.
Provide technical support and expertise to resolve flavor-related issues during production and shelf-life testing.
Maintain detailed records of formulations, processes, and experimental results.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a flavorist in the food industry.
Strong knowledge of flavor chemistry, sensory science, and food ingredient interactions.
Proficiency in using analytical instruments and techniques for flavor analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for developing new and exciting flavors.
