About Our ClientOur client is an Owner Operated Property Manager that focuses on properties in the tri-country area (Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County). They have a growing portfolio of properties in the area. Job Description
Managing tenant relations: Communicating with tenants, addressing concerns or issues, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
Leasing and marketing: Advertising available units, screening potential tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.
Property maintenance: Coordinating regular maintenance and repairs, managing contractors, and ensuring that the properties are well-kept.
Budgeting and financial management: Developing and managing property budgets, collecting rent, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Compliance: Ensuring that all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws.
Reporting: Providing regular reports to property owners or management on the performance of the properties.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in property management (5 years)
Strong leadership skills
Track record of driving results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
In-depth lease up experience with apartment buildings
A deep understanding of the Florida real estate market and regulations is highly desirable.
