With over $100 million in annual revenue expected next year, they are beginning to break into doing multifamily and hospitality projects, and are seeking an experienced and ambitious Retail Project Manager to join our team. Project Location: Mainly Midwest but they have projects nationally
Leadership: Growth minded, and have backgrounds working for some of SE WI's best GCs
Size: $70M but rapidly growing
Reputation: They do mostly repeat work with well know clients
Job DescriptionResponsibilities of the Project Manager:
Manage multiple negotiated retail construction projects simultaneously
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other project documentation
Communicate regularly with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on project financials
Lead project team meetings and coordinate project activities with other departments within the company
Assist in the planning and execution of multifamily and hospitality projects as needed

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, with a focus on negotiated retail construction projects
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
Strong financial management skills, including budget forecasting, tracking, and reporting
Experience using project management software and tools
Ambitious and driven, with a passion for achieving exceptional results
Familiarity with multifamily and hospitality projects a plus
