Overview:
- Project Location: Mainly Midwest but they have projects nationally

- Manage multiple negotiated retail construction projects simultaneously
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other project documentation
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on project financials
- Lead project team meetings and coordinate project activities with other departments within the company
- Assist in the planning and execution of multifamily and hospitality projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, with a focus on negotiated retail construction projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Strong financial management skills, including budget forecasting, tracking, and reporting
- Experience using project management software and tools
- Ambitious and driven, with a passion for achieving exceptional results
- Familiarity with multifamily and hospitality projects a plus
