With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our efforts in expanding market share, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the field of refractory metals.
Job Description
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential markets, industries, and customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Collaborate with product development and R&D teams to understand product capabilities, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, events, and promotions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the materials or electronics industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and conferences, sales meetings, and periodic visits to global headquarters. 35% - 40% travel expected.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
