Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the pipe and valve industry. Understand their needs, provide solutions, and address any concerns they may have.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the pipe and valve industry.
Product Promotion: Promote our range of pipe and valve products to customers through presentations, demonstrations, and other sales activities. Educate customers about the features, benefits, and applications of our products.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the pipe and valve industry. Use market insights to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Support: Provide support to customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to after-sales support. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of any issues.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance. Prepare regular reports and updates for management on sales progress, achievements, and challenges.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pipe and valve industry or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
Knowledge of pipe and valve products, industry standards, and technical specifications is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
