Job DescriptionSenior Engineering Manager - MEP Construction - Springfield MA Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Design team
  • Improve design process and deliver high quality designs to clients
  • Collaborate with design-build team in the development of estimates
  • Collaborate with project management team in developing value engineering ideas

  • 5 years experience in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing projects with an Engineering Firm or a Mechanical Contractor
  • Ability to read plans & specifications
  • Experience mentoring/managing design teams
  • Competence in developing optimum work methods
  • Have knowledge of what estate consists of including take-off equipment buy-out
  • Provide value engineering when evaluating projects
