This individual will be a pivotal contributor to the monthly budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting process, while partnering cross-functionally on cost saving, gross margin and pricing initiatives, and operational strategies by identifying variances, drivers, and trends to assess the financial performance of the division! Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Collaborate with various departments to gather data and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial projections.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to provide insights into the company's financial performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present financial performance reports to management and stakeholders. These reports may include key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and other relevant analyses.
Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Identify and explain variances, and work with department heads to address budget deviations.
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and other business initiatives.
Analyze costs, expenses, and revenue trends to identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
Identify cost drivers, variances, and trends by analyzing cost data to support decision-making processes.
Provide financial support cross-functionally on contract negotiation and management, rebate analysis, profit management, and pricing strategy execution,

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance
MBA a plus
Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in financial records and reporting
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team
