Job Description
- Lead and manage commercial construction projects, specializing in hospitality renovations, interiors, and new constructions.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting the highest quality standards.
- Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, budget, and key performance indicators.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a focus on hospitality projects.
- Strong understanding of the construction process, from project initiation to closeout.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
