Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager -Civil will:
- Direct and oversee all aspects of the civil portion of proejcts. This includes planning - completion.
- Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project performance.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and financial targets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial plans.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and teamwork to achieve project goals.
- Develop and manage project schedules, tracking milestones and timelines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field
- At least 7 years as a Project Manager for large projects
- At least 5 years of design-build expereince
- Experience with Healthcare projects is a major plus
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
