Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager - Multifamily/Interiors - Richmond, VA will be responsible for:
- leading project planning activities including definition of scope, objectives and deliverables
- developing comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets
- assembling and leading a project team
- serving as the primary point of contact for clients
- monitoring project budgets and financial performance
- identifying potential risks and providing solutions
- assessing and managing project changes
- generating regular progress reports
- 7 years of experience in construction
- experience as a lead Project Manager overseeing projects from start to finish
- multifamily project experience required
- experience managing new construction projects worth $10M
- strong scheduling abilities
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- a competitive base salary dependent on experience
- annual bonus potential
