Job Description
- Take ownership and initiative on all projects from conception to completion.
- Manage projects ranging from $10M - $100M in value.
- Organize client meetings/sub meetings.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Plans and coordinates project activities inline company polices and procedures.
- Creates and reviews project schedules and budgets.
- Direct the support staff and coordinate with field crews and superintendents to ensure project delivery.
- Communicates effectively with on-site teams, clients, owners. etc.
- Responsible for forecasting and estimating costs and changes to costs for project completion.
- Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site.
- Travel as necessary to job sites.
- 7-10 years of experience with a general contractor.
- Prior experience working as a project manager.
- Prior experience handling projects $20M in value.
- Client-facing experience is a must.
- Software proficient (ex: procore).
- Estimating experience is a plus.
- Competitive base salary $100,000 - $145,000 dependent on experience
