Job Description
- Responsibilities include setting up and compiling documentation for Production Part Approval Processes (PPAPs) and engaging directly with customers to resolve queries, requirements, complaints, and manage processes like the 8D methodology and certifications.
- Support quality inspection operations, lead internal investigations, and develop corrective action plans. Assist Quality Management in spearheading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead internal investigations for incidents and in-house rejections, driving the implementation of corrective actions. Conduct internal and customer audits, as well as facilitate customer visits.
- undertake other duties as required and assigned.
- Must have Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience with ISO 9001
- Green belt certification
- Experience with PPAPs and audits
- Knowledge of other standards (AS 9100, IATF 16949, etc.) preferred
- Salary upwards of $105,000 ( Based on experince)
