Job Description
- Support of a medium to large global Financial Service company (650~ global users)
- Provide on-site support
- Responsible for Service Desk support including desktop and server support, and service requests in Service Now
- Work with internal IT teams to resolver issues

The Successful Applicant
- FS/banking experience
- Must have customer facing skills, speaking with lots of users
- MS Office Suite (Intune and Apple Business Manager)
- Windows Environment
- 2-5 years of experience
